Wah, it feels like moving out from my apartment. I have been packing my stuff for one week intensive training for the upcoming sports event. I will be taking part in a marathon race consisting of running, kayaking and cycling. It should be fun, with proper training.
My first day
In preparation for the race, i've been buying a lot of stuff, doing a lot of shopping at locan Giant supermarket at SACC Mall in Shah Alam. When i entered the mall, it was already crowded with people, mostly malay. I was able to go near the stage and i couldn't recognize the artist which was givng a heck of a show. People were cheering like crazy. If those artist were Korean, i would be jump to the stage immediately. haha. So, i ignore the show and continue shopping. To wrap things up, i buy a lot of high protein food, tofu, soya, eggs and many more for 1 week. When i get back to hostel, my friends were shocked to see all the stuff i buy, they say all those i bought is enough for 1 month worth of food. And i think they;re right. Well, i guess i will try to finish it all in one week. Might share it with the cats. ^^
So, that night, i was preparing myself to train at the gym when i noticed that it wasn't open when i get there. It was Sunday, and it closes early. What a waste of time, but then i thought, maybe i could go to the sports centre and do some kickboxing. Yeah, that was it! But when i get there, the punching bag wasn't there. I was disappointed. But God did have a secret plan for me. The whole place was dark and since there was no people around, i decided to practice my K-pop dancing. Luckily i borrow a Sony Mp3 player from my friend and a megabass earphone. Then i open my songlists and all the korean songs play one by one.
Then, my body just went with the flow. I was K-pop dancing and singing at once. First song, GD.TOP-high high, then Tara, Taeyang...and so on. There was no rest. I was feeling the full force of the K-pop. It felt so good and the adrenaline was pumping like crazy. I started at 9 pm and to my suprise, it was already 11.30pm when the playlist ended. It was better than just hanging around at the gym. Then i decided to train my muscle with dancing. ^^
2nd Day
I woke up. And to my suprise, i was not so tired, and i was in perfect condition, my muscle wasn't hurt in anyway.All thanks to enough nutritions as prescribe by myself. hehe. I could continue my dance practice that day. After class finishes around evening, i suddenly realize that my body was feeling so heavy. I forgot to bring any sweet drinks and i felt very sleepy. Surely, my blood sugar level drops since my cells are still actively repairing itself from yesterdays workout. So, tonight, i wasn't able to train. And i decided to train for one day and rest on the next day. It was perfect. Now i have the perfect work regime to build my muscle and improve my dancing skills.
Beware dancing competition, here i come!
